Are you sitting smugly with the perfect Mother's Day gift already chosen, bought and wrapped? Or are you still in the planning stage and not even entirely sure when Mothering Sunday is this year? (Why does it have to move around?!)
Well, M-Day 2022 in the UK is the 27th March which is just over two weeks away. I've been browsing gift ideas and, for this post, I've brought together my three favourite Body Shop gift sets.

First to catch my eye was this Hydrating & Creamy Coconut Hand Care Duo. I'm a big coconut fan. The vegan set comprises a purifying Coconut Hand Cleanse Gel and a moisturising Coconut Hand Balm, both of which are great for Mum and for the women creating their ingredients: the Hand Balm is made with handcrafted Community Fair Trade shea butter from Ghana that helps provide financial independence to over 600 women and Community Fair Trade organic virgin coconut oil from Samoa has helped support community development projects since 1991. |
From hands we move up to hair and I love the Smooth and Nourish Banana Haircare Gift Set. The shampoo and conditioner are intended for dry hair and I think banana hair products are just such a fun idea - plus they do a really good job. This gift set is also vegan and it doesn't just love our hair. It also supports The Body Shop's Community Fair Trade partners who helped to make it. There’s a little card inside the set, handmade by Community Fair Trade partner, Get Paper Industry, which pays a fair wage to all their workers. |

My final temptation is this Hydrating and Protecting Hemp Gift Set. I'm still pretty new to the idea of hemp in skincare so like that this particular set includes a trio of different products to try: a Hemp Shower Oil, a Body Butter and a Hand Protector. An added bonus is that the gift bag is made of jute and is designed to be reused and repurposed. |
Happy Mother's Day!
