A Month In Books - September 2018

Welcome to September's Month In Books roundup!

We were super busy with lots of travelling around through September, plus we hosted two great visits from friends and family, so I didn't think I had read many books. Putting this post together reveals that I still managed to read 17, only one of which was a DNF, so I am happy about that!

I've changed the format of this roundup post this month so there's only cover images rather than the extra information I used to include. It makes the post a little quicker to compile and I love seeing all the books pictured together like this. Let me know if you think it's better or worse! Clicking each cover image will take you directly to my review or the book's Spotlight page

Regular blog series:
I blogged another five excellent female-authored books for ReadingWomen on the 10th with the Around The Blogosphere choice coming from Laura at Blue Eyed Books. Life got in the way of blogging again this month so I haven't posted any Books From The Backlog or 50/50 Fridays. I did my second Bookish Bingo though which I will blog about on the 4th of October.

September's WorldReads featured books from Poland and I will be 'visiting' South Korea for October's WorldReads on the 5th.

Reading Challenges:
Alphabet Soup: none added, KXZ remaining.
Books In French: none finished
Classics Club: 2 added, 42 remaining
Decade Challenge: 3 added, 9 remaining. If you want to join me, there's more info and a sign-up here

Now, on with this September Reading Roundup!

  1. Wow, you got a lot of reading done. I still have The Shadow of the Wind sitting on my TBR shelf. Everybody loves that series, so I don’t know why I’m procrastinating. Happy October!
