State Of The ARC - June 2018

I saw this State of the ARC meme over at Avalinah's Books blog in January and thought it would be fun to join in.

The idea is to keep track of all the ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) books I've got awaiting reading and reviewing, and to make headway through the overdue pile. For my State of the ARC, I am including all books sent to me for review whether they are pre-publication copies (as ARCs should be) or simply review copies of books already available publicly. I don't include books that I have purchased myself, book exchange swaps, or free downloads.

In June I blogged my reviews of these ARCs:
(Click the cover images to visit their reviews)

The Shape Of Ruins review will be blogged on the 30th of June.

Here's my State of the ARC numbers as of today:

RRB (Read, Reviewed and Blogged) essentially means those book reviews are completed and I'm just waiting for their scheduled blog post date.

No State Of The ARC would be complete without checking out the additions to my ARC stash. I only got four new reads through NetGalley this month and none from authors or publishers. Yay me! I have signed up for a blog tour review too, but I haven't actually got the book yet so I shall account for it in July.

Here are June's new arrivals

If you want to join this State of the ARC meme check out This Page at Avalinah's Books.

My next State of the ARC will be blogged on the 29th July.

  1. Your numbers are great, Stephanie Jane! I have such a huge pile of arcs to get read. I finally got my unread NetGalley books down to under 100. I have so much work to do. Good for you for staying on top of things!

Guess I should work on being more relaxed about it all!

  2. Your stack looks great! I have finally pushed my NetGalley stack down to 43 and the rest of the sources form a similar number too. I am happy with my numbers, although they're kind of big xD

    1. There seem to be fewer books I want there at the moment though I spotted three good ones this morning.

  4. We read very different books, because I haven't heard of any of these :D You're doing pretty well if you only have 3 overdue books though!

    1. Thanks Lauren :-)
Identity Unknown will be my 5th Polish book so fingers crossed it's enjoyable enough to make up a WorldReads post!

    1. For me, the Overdue is NetGalleys I got prior to their publishing date and which are still unread as that date whooshes past, or books I was given to review by authors/publishers that are unread after the date I said I would attempt to read them by.
